Doors lead to a beautiful and sunny Garden which offers guests a covered pagoda Terrace area providing stylish 'al-fresco' dining for up to a party of 4, as well as sunloungers to relax on during the daytime and take in the view of lush mountains and Italian cypresses, with a chilled drink and good book. Casa Bella is ideally located in the picturesque village of Moltrasio, one of the most renowned areas on Lake Como for romance, natural beauty and true Italian Grandeur style. Moltrasio offers a public Beach, a peaceful Italian way of life and a variety of Lake View restaurants where you can sample local and freshly prepared dishes and regional wine. Moltrasio is also a showcase to the celebrity spotlight and it was well known that Gianni Versace resided here as often as he could in his beloved Villa Le Fontanelle. George Clooney resides here frequently in Villa Oleandra, Laglio, which is next to Moltrasio. The History of Moltrasio in attracting and retaining prestige and notable guests extends further back then the past century, and it was revelled by Lombardy's Nobility as the perfect place to reside for their holidays during the 1700's. Today you can stand in awe at these spectacular Villas and Italian gardens which were built to house and accommodate the noble owners and their prominent guests, including Winston Churchill, who stayed here in Villa Le Rose during 1945.
